Make your Groom's Cake a tasty treat that everyone will enjoy! We will bake your cake right here at Sunshine Hollow, or you can have one of our famous Sunshine Hollow Pecan Fruitcakes.
Hot Buffets or Hors d’oeuvres
We specialize in homemade items prepared in our kitchen fresh for your meal, not made somewhere hours earlier and brought to the site. We have a wide range of foods available, and you can pick your own menu from the selections listed in the plans below. Add additional entrees, sides, or desserts for a nominal extra charge.
We use a buffet-style serving method where your guests quickly serve themselves. We serve drink refills and may assist in serving certain items. The use of serving pieces, plates, utensils, napkins, etc. is included in the price. Our buffets are served on decorated tables with polished stainless steel chafing dishes. Finger Foods and Hors d'oeuvres are served in stainless chafing dishes or silver or crystal trays depending on the items. Punch is served in an antique punch set with a silver ladle.
Tip: At most noon or evening receptions a full meal is expected by the attendees. We suggest one of our delicious buffets comprised of homemade entrees and sides. If you wish a lighter fare, then you may select from our Finger Food and Hors d'oeuvres plans.
