Gardens Development
It takes a lot of work,
time and money to develop three thousand feet of terraced beds and over
eight miles of Trails and Roads.
Most of our Garden trails are built using a Bobcat-type Skid Steer Loader. There is less impact to the environment and they can operate in a much smaller area than larger machines.
First the Bobcat levels and shapes the bed building it up higher than the trail on the upper side. Once Beds are built out comes the old Troy Bilt to work in Sand, Organic Matter and Fertilizer.
Roads to be traveled by foot and vehicle are built using a small dozer or high lift.
Terracing is done using a Bobcat-type Skid Steer Loader. There is less impact to the environment and they can operate in a much smaller area than larger machines.
