- Shipping of our Pecan Fruitcake and other Products
Sunshine Hollow cakes have been shipped to all 50 states and to several foreign countries. Some customers have been buying Sunshine Hollow products since Dave worked as a professional forester and just did a few hundred pounds per year. It was never Dave and Vicki's intent to bake huge quantities of cakes since the hand labor involved is prohibitive in today's world. Products are sold through internet sales, mail order sales, Sunshine Hollow's Bakery Sales Shop and Craft and Christmas Shows. Sunshine Hollow does not wholesale to stores or marts.
- Internet Sales
Each year the internet site introduces many people to these fine products. Besides the wonderful pecan fruitcakes, Dave and Vicki sell wonderful flavored pecans and other nut meats as well as many chocolate covered items. They carry a great line of homemade jams and jellies, Fireside Coffee flavors, Vidalia onion salad dressings and sauces as well as old fashioned sorghum and pure honey. You may order any product online year round 24/7, except for the chocolate items which cannot be shipped in the summer due to melting. - Mail Order Sales
Each October Sunshine Hollow mails brochures to previous customers giving them offerings for the new season. They may wish to order by mail, phone or come to the web site and place their order online.
- Bakery Sales Shop
Anyone who lives near the bakery (which is between Knoxville and Chattanooga, Tennessee) may come by during open hours and purchase most of the product line directly. Open days and hours can be found on the Calendar.
- Craft and Christmas Shows
Again, if you live in the East Tennessee area, visit the Sunshine Hollow booth at several Craft and Christmas shows. At the craft shows Sunshine Hollow carries primarily fruitcakes, a large variety of flavored and chocolate coated nuts, jams, and jellies. At indoor Christmas shows in November you will find a wider selection of Christmas type items as well as many of the items from the sales shop. To find out when these show are go to the Calendar.
