Although their bakery is relatively small as bakeries go, it is built with cleanliness and function in mind.  Dave designed and built the building himself with the help of Vicki and two other people.  All of the walls in the bakery are acrylic. The stainless steel work tables and counters can be easily moved and cleaned.  You would never guess that several thousand pounds of different cakes as well as tons of nuts are processed here.
