How to navigate our site and place and order
In order to make placing an order as easy as possible, we have put together some instructions to help guide you along the way. You might want to print these instructions and keep them handy as you are placing your order.
1) To place an order
a) Select a product. This can be done from the “Product List” Tab from the menu bar or from the product category lists near the top of the page. When you have selected a product, press the “Add to Basket” button that corresponds to the product you are ordering. At this point you will be able to view your basket contents.
b) At the “Basket Contents” screen, you can change or update the quantity of the product you have ordered. If you change the quantity, be sure and press the update button before proceeding.
c) To continue shopping, press the “Product List” Tab or select a product category from the top of the page.
d) When you are through selecting items, press the “Basket Contents” Tab from the menu unless you are already at the Basket Contents screen. Make any necessary additions or deletions in quantities and press the update button.
e) At this point you are ready to add any SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS you desire. Look for the “Special Instructions” button on the “Basket Contents” screen.
i) Special shipping instructions—Use this area to give us any delivery information that would be helpful for UPS. You can also enter coupon codes in this space. If you would like your shipment postponed until a specific date, you may enter that information here.
ii) My Package Arrival Date—Use this area to indicate when you would like your product to arrive. We generally ship orders within 3 business days of receipt (based on product availability). Out standard shipping is by UPS Ground from Athens, Tennessee (in southeast Tennessee). If you need a product immediately, please call our toll free number for information on expedited shipping methods.
iii) My Message to Gift Recipient—Use this space to include a message to your gift recipient. If no message is included, we enclose a card with just your name on it.
f) Once any special instructions have been taken care of you are ready to proceed to checkout. Press the highlighted word “checkout” near the bottom of the “Basket Contents” page.
g) At this point you are given the opportunity to login to an existing account, create a new account, or place an order without an account. If you are going to place orders for several gift recipients, creating an account will expedite entering the billing information. Make your account choice and press the corresponding highlighted area. Fill in the required fields as indicated. If you don’t know your gift recipient’s phone number, put your own number in, or make one up. We NEVER give out phone numbers of our customers or their gift recipients. We do, however, include them on the shipping label in the event of delivery problems by UPS.
h) After you have entered your shipping and billing information and pressed the “continue” button, you are taken to the “Select Payment Method” screen. There is a drop down menu near the bottom of this screen where you make your selection.
i) Checks. If you want to pay by check, highlight “check” and press continue. On the next screen there is an area where you can enter the check number with which you will be paying. Enter the check number in the space provided. Mail your check to the address shown. Your order will be shipped when your check is received. At this point, please double check your shipping and billing information. If you need to make corrections, press the “Back” button on your browser until you get to the screen where you need to make corrections. Once your check number has been entered, press the “continue” button. Once the “continue” button has been pressed, corrections cannot be made in any information. This will end the order process.
ii) Credit card. If you want to pay by credit card, choose the card type and press the “continue” button. Fill in the requested fields with the cardholder name, card number and expiration date. Double-check your entries. Incorrect information in the card number or expiration fields can lead to shipping delays. At this point, please double check your shipping and billing information. If you need to make corrections, press the “Back” button on your browser until you get to the screen where you need to make corrections. After the credit card information has been entered, press the “continue” button. Once the “continue” button has been pressed, corrections cannot be made in any information. This will end the order process.
i) After payment information has been entered, you have completed the order process and the “Order Complete” screen appears. Your invoice number is shown. We recommend that you print a copy of this invoice for your records. If you have entered an email address in the billing information, you should receive an order confirmation by email as well.
